Job Description/Overview:
Kenton Hall Care Home is looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team. We provide high-quality general nursing, residential, and dementia care for older individuals. You will be responsible for delivering nursing and care services, supervising staff, and ensuring the well-being of our residents. Sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibility:
– Provide nursing and care services to residents
– Supervise staff to ensure quality care is delivered according to residents’ care plans
– Ensure compliance with care policies and procedures
– Foster a safe, independent, and friendly environment for residents
– Maintain professional, diligent, and empathetic care standards
Qualifications:
– Registered RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN
– Previous experience in a care home or similar environment (preferred)
– Professional and reliable work ethic
Experience:
– Care home or nursing experience is desirable
Skills:
– Strong communication and supervisory skills
– Empathy, compassion, and attention to detail
– Ability to work effectively in a team
