Job Description/Overview: 

The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks including coordinating office procedures, preparing reports, and managing office services. This role requires attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Carry out administrative activities of the establishment

– Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

– Review and evaluate new administrative procedures

– Plan for office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance

– Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory controls

– Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence

 

Qualifications:

– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

 

Experience:

– 1 to less than 2 years

 

Skills:

– Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office

– Excellent oral and written communication

– Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
