Job Description/Overview:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage various office tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering calls, and maintaining filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
– Schedule and confirm appointments.
– Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
– Respond to electronic inquiries.
– Compile data, statistics, and other information.
– Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
– Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
– Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
– 1 to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Skills:
– Proficient in MS Office.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Ability to handle repetitive tasks and maintain accuracy.
