Job Description/Overview
Top Teng Walls and Ceilings, in partnership with Metro Gate & Balustrades, designs, fabricates, and instals a variety of fencing, gates, handrails, and balustrades for commercial and high-end residential projects. The product range includes glass, steel, and aluminium options. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Installer to join our growing team. The role offers both full-time employment and contract work.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage site measurement and installation teams at the Canning Vale workshop and various project sites.
– Ensure installations meet safety standards and client expectations.
– Maintain high job quality in accordance with Australian standards.
– Train and mentor new installers.
– Conduct site measurements and participate in installation and maintenance work.
– Collaborate with the admin team to keep projects on schedule.
– Coordinate between office, workshop, and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
– Interpret technical drawings and plans.
Qualifications
– 5+ years of experience in balustrade installation, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Experience
– Skilled in installing various balustrade systems and knowledgeable about materials and tools.
Skills
– Strong leadership and team management abilities.
– Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
