The RI Sales Coordinator role involves coordinating and administering new machine orders from contract review through to delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring cost estimates and actuals are analysed, aiming for minimal variance to quoted amounts.
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate new machine orders from contract to delivery
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication
– Analyze cost estimates, program credits, and actuals for minimal variance
– Ensure accurate revenue recognition and deal profitability analysis
Qualifications
– Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the Earthmoving and Heavy Equipment Industry
– Strong knowledge of accounting, ERP, and software packages
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite and intermediate computer literacy
Experience
– Previous experience in sales coordination or a related field, preferably within the heavy equipment sector.
