Bazaar Restaurant is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead its team in a new and exciting restaurant in Tees Valley. The restaurant features a 360 open kitchen concept, offering a unique opportunity to showcase culinary creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and inspire a team of chefs to maintain high culinary standards.
– Develop innovative menus focused on quality and taste.
– Oversee food preparation while ensuring consistency and adherence to safety standards.
– Maintain strong supplier relationships for premium ingredient availability.
– Collaborate with management to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Head Chef.
Experience:
– Minimum of 5 years as a Head Chef.
– 7 years of cooking experience.
Skills:
– Strong leadership and management skills.
– Passion for creating exquisite dishes.
– Knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
