Job Description/Overview
G8 Education is looking for a Centre Manager to lead the Creative Garden Bendigo childcare centre, which caters to children aged 6 months to 5 years. The Centre Manager will manage daily operations, staff, and communications, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing high-quality education and care.
Key Responsibilities
– Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing and budget management.
– Lead and mentor Childcare Educators and Teachers to ensure professional development.
– Develop and implement activities that promote children’s holistic development.
– Ensure safety and compliance with childcare regulations.
– Create a positive, inclusive workplace that fosters teamwork and respect.
Qualifications
– ACECQA approved Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Experience
– Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a licensed childcare centre.
Skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Effective team collaboration and multitasking skills.
