Job Description/Overview:
Masterpiece Granite & Marble Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to manage and oversee sales activities, including supervising staff, organising inventory, and resolving customer issues. This is an on-site, full-time position with a shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
– Authorise payments by cheque.
– Establish work schedules.
– Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes.
– Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
– Oversee payroll administration and supervise office staff.
Qualifications:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience:
7 months to less than 1 year.
Skills:
Supervisory experience with 3-4 people, inventory management, sales reporting, and customer service.
