Job Description/Overview
As a Retail Forklift Driver, you will contribute to customer order fulfilment by efficiently executing the product availability and replenishment process. The role involves receiving, moving, and stocking products in the storage or selling areas while ensuring inventory accuracy and timely customer deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
– Receive inbound goods and verify inventory accuracy
– Move products to final locations within the storage or sales areas
– Replenish sales spaces according to visual merchandising guidelines
– Select goods for customers within an agreed time frame to enhance the customer experience
– Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mobile equipment
– Handle inventory management using scanners and IT systems
– Support IKEA’s culture by embracing the diversity of coworkers and customers
Qualifications
– 5 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment role
– Certification in power mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) preferred

Hours
– 34-40 hours per week
– Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Compensation
– Hourly rate: $19.19 – $27.29
