Job Description/Overview:
The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects, manage subcontractors, and ensure that all project requirements are met. This role includes planning, budgeting, and implementing quality control programs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate subcontractor activities
– Plan and organise daily operations
– Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
– Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and subcontractors
– Develop and implement quality control and risk management plans
– Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions
– Direct the purchase of materials and land acquisitions
– Plan and manage construction schedules and milestones
– Analyse data and prepare reports
– Supervise a team of more than 20 people
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years
Skills:
– Strong organisational and leadership skills
– Ability to plan and manage budgets
– Experience with quality control and risk management
