Job Description/Overview:
The Kitchen Helper will support the kitchen staff by performing various tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, and storage. This role is essential for maintaining the kitchen’s cleanliness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
– Place dishes in storage areas
– Package take-out food
– Portion and wrap foods
– Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
– Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
– Remove kitchen garbage and trash
– Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
– Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
