Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver compassionate personal care support to residents.
– Complete, document, and report on resident care status to the Senior on Duty.
– Adhere to Health and Safety protocols for residents and team members.
– Maintain a positive and engaging workplace attitude.
– Attend training to continually enhance care quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Minimum of 1 year experience in caregiving or a similar role.
– Reliable and honest with strong empathy for the elderly.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– A kind, caring nature with flexibility in multitasking and time management.
