Job Description/Overview:
As a Spinning Coach at MEFITPRO, you will be responsible for leading and instructing group indoor cycling classes. Your role is to guide participants through dynamic cycling routines designed to enhance cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance. This position requires you to create an energetic and motivating environment, while ensuring the safety and proper use of equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and instruct group spinning classes, creating effective workout routines.
– Motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals.
– Provide clear instructions, correct form, and offer modifications for varying fitness levels.
– Ensure the safety and proper use of cycling equipment during classes.
– Maintain a clean and organised workout environment.
– Track class attendance and monitor participant progress.
– Foster a positive, inclusive, and energetic atmosphere in the studio.
Qualifications:
– Certification as a Spinning Instructor or Group Fitness Instructor.
– Strong knowledge of indoor cycling techniques and fitness principles.
– Excellent communication and motivational skills.
– Ability to adapt workouts for participants of varying fitness levels.
Experience:
– At least 1 year of experience as a Spinning/Cycling Coach.
Skills:
– Leadership and motivational skills.
– Proficient in cycling techniques and fitness training.
– Ability to create and adapt workout routines for diverse participants.
