Job Description/Overview:
Synergy Sphere Partners Limited is seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant to support C-suite executives. The role requires someone with extensive experience managing complex schedules, ideally in a luxury or international environment. Key Responsibilities:
– Support C-suite executives with both business and personal scheduling.
– Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and locations.
– Handle last-minute calls and adjustments.
– Provide assistance in a luxury and travel business context.
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
– Fluent in English; additional languages such as French or Mandarin are a bonus.
– Bachelor’s degree in English, Creative Writing, or Business Writing (conducted in English).
Experience:
– Experience managing complex schedules for executives or ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
– Background in luxury and travel sectors preferred.
Skills:
– Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
– Familiarity with international business environments.
– Flexibility and adaptability.
