Job Overview:
Rai Plumbing Ltd is seeking a Plumber to join their team in Surrey. The role involves working on-site to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
– Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
– Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings.
– Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
– Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
– Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
– 2 to less than 3 years of experience.
Work Environment:
– Work must be completed on-site; no remote work options are available.
– Physically demanding: bending, crouching, kneeling.
– Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
Salary:
– $31.25 per hour
– 40 hours per week
