Job Overview:
TDOT BUILDERS GROUP LTD is seeking a skilled Plumber to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various settings, including residential, commercial, and construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
– Install domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
– Repair domestic, commercial, or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
– Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
– Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings.
– Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
– Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
– Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size.
Qualifications:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
– 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
Work Environment:
– Work must be completed on-site; no remote work options are available.
– Work settings include various locations: commercial, residential, and construction sites.
– Physically demanding: bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure.
Salary:
– $28.40 per hour
– 35 hours per week
Schedule:
– Day, Evening, Overtime, Morning
