Supremo Media, a digital marketing agency in Bethnal Green, London, is seeking a Trainee Personal Assistant Intern. This role is ideal for school-leavers, students, or those seeking their first job in Digital Marketing. The internship provides on-the-job training and growth opportunities in a modern office environment with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
– Take notes at meetings and follow up on actions.
– Liaise with various individuals to keep operations running smoothly.
– Manage and organise necessary documents.
– Provide PA support, including general diary management.
– Prepare documents using Microsoft Office applications.
– Assist team members with project management tasks.
– Apply initiative and quick problem-solving skills.
– Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
– Good communication skills (written and verbal).
– Confident user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Proactive, positive, and organised individual.
– Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
– Willingness and eagerness to learn.
