Job Description/Overview:
Gamestore Co. is looking for a passionate and charismatic Sales Associate to enhance our customers’ shopping experience. The role involves engaging with customers, providing expert advice on gaming products, and meeting sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and assist them in finding gaming products, offering recommendations, and answering questions.
– Actively sell and upsell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
– Stay updated with the latest trends in gaming, anime, and pop culture.
– Maintain product knowledge and handle cash transactions accurately.
– Manage store displays and ensure inventory is well-organized.
– Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
– Keep the store clean and organized.
– Follow loss prevention policies and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications:
– Fluent in English with basic math skills.
– Experience with cash handling and POS transactions.
– Visa 18 Transferable required (No VIP or small projects VISA).
Experience: Prior retail experience is preferred but not required.
Skills:
– Strong passion for gaming, anime, and pop culture.
– Excellent customer service and communication skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
– Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
