Job Description/Overview:
Al Mulla Group seeks an experienced Online Sales Supervisor to manage and enhance the performance of their online sales team. The role involves overseeing daily operations, providing coaching, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence in online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide daily direction and feedback to team members to ensure timely and effective customer service.
– Monitor performance with regular assessments and coaching.
– Assist with staffing, training, and development of training materials.
– Ensure adherence to call quality standards and manage customer complaints.
– Maintain accurate performance and sales reports, and manage performance reviews.
– Develop strategies to enhance team performance, including contests and rewards.
– Present weekly performance summaries to the OS Manager.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– 3 to 5 years of experience in online sales or CRM.
– Expertise in stock control management, customer relationship management, and e-commerce platforms.
Skills:
– Strong leadership and people management skills.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
– Proficient in Arabic and English.
– Knowledge of vehicle legislation and trade practices.
– Adaptable and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
