Job Description/Overview:

The Admin Assistant will support the sales team operations and management with tasks related to business correspondence, reports, files, data entry, and other duties as assigned by management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist with business correspondence and report preparation.

– Manage files and data entry tasks.

– Support the sales team operations and management.

– Perform other administrative tasks as required.

 

Qualifications:

– Knowledgeable in Excel, including pivot tables and VLookUP formula.

– Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.

 

Experience: 

1 year (Preferred)

 

Skills:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

– Strong organisational and communication skills

– Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
