Job Description/Overview:
New Selection Workshop is seeking a female Sales and Marketing Coordinator with extensive experience in garments and fabric sourcing and production. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination between the Sales Team, Production Team, Suppliers, and Customers. This role requires strong organisational skills, experience in the garments/fabrics industry, and the ability to manage sourcing, purchasing, and production tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as the point of contact for communication and coordination between Sales, Production, Suppliers, and Customers.
– Schedule appointments with Customers.
– Source and place orders for fabric/trims.
– Conduct price comparisons to secure the best possible rates.
– Negotiate with Suppliers.
– Prepare quotations, purchase orders (POs), invoices, and other transactional documents.
Qualifications needed:
– At least 5 years of experience in the Garments/Fabrics industry with direct involvement in sourcing, purchasing, and production.
– Strong organisational skills.
Experience:
– 5 years of experience in Garments/Fabrics production is required.
Skills:
– Proficiency in using Tally is preferred.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
