Job Description/Overview:
DogsThat is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Creation Specialist to join their team. The role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, creating content, and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate should be passionate about improving the lives of dogs and dog owners and have experience in digital marketing and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and growth.
– Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts and ensure regular posting.
– Content Creation: Create engaging content, including graphics, reels, and videos for various platforms.
– Content Marketing: Plan and distribute valuable content to attract and engage the target audience. Optimize content for SEO and lead generation.
– Graphic Design: Design graphics for eBooks, posters, ads, and other materials.
– Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with DogsThat/Shaped By Dog branding.
– Community Engagement: Manage interactions with followers and foster community.
– Strategy Development: Implement strategies to increase brand engagement and stay updated with social media trends.
– Analytics: Track social media performance and adjust strategies based on metrics.
– SEO Knowledge: Apply SEO principles to optimize social media profiles and content.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
– Remote Work Experience: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
– Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and passion for serving a large dog-loving community.
– Collaboration: Ability to work with team members and handle various tasks.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, familiarity with GSuite, Slack, ManyChat, and Adobe Creative Suite.
– Communication: Excellent writing and communication skills.
– Adaptability: Flexible with shifting priorities and new tasks.
– Affinity for Dog Training: Familiarity with reinforcement-based dog training and ideally Susan Garrett’s methods.
