Job Description/Overview:
Apollo is looking for a Product Operations Leader who will design and drive operational solutions to optimize the performance of the Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) teams. You will implement operational cadences, develop tooling improvements, and invest in automation to improve visibility into product performance and customer experience. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial and collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create and maintain a PDE operating cadence for roadmap planning, product launches, and feature release coordination.
– Develop and enhance workflows, deploying new tools and optimizing existing processes.
– Invest in data visualization and automation to improve PDE execution and customer experience insights.
– Establish self-serve portals for visibility into PDE progress.
– Scale best practices across teams to level-up performance and coordination.
Qualifications needed:
– Experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Operations Management, preferably in a B2B environment.
– Analytical skills and experience using data to influence product direction.
– Experience designing, optimizing, and scaling operational programs.
– Strong cross-functional communication skills to work with both technical and executive stakeholders.
– Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects and programs.
– Ability to build relationships and manage complex projects across departments.
Nice to haves:
– Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
– Technical analytical skills (e.g., SQL, data modeling).
– Familiarity with GraphQL, API middleware, or scaled API platforms.
