Job Description/Overview:
JumpCloud is seeking a Partner Account Manager to join their MSP sales team. This role involves managing relationships with MSP partners, onboarding new partners, and expanding existing accounts to drive revenue growth. The Partner Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners achieve excellent product outcomes and can scale their businesses with JumpCloud’s unified open directory platform.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive expansion sales into existing accounts with strong forecast and funnel management.
– Onboard and enable new partners.
– Deliver outbound campaigns on new product updates in partnership with marketing and product teams.
– Conduct data-driven conversations to cultivate new product pipeline and upsell opportunities.
– Perform ongoing business reviews to understand partners’ business and JumpCloud usage.
– Network throughout partner organizations to identify key stakeholders and add value.
Qualifications needed:
– 2+ years of MSP sales experience, with a focus on account growth.
– Understanding of security, identity, and access management.
– Strong aptitude for learning technical content.
– Experience in pipeline generation and closing sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding key performance metrics.
– Ability to build strong relationships across partner organizations.
– BA/BS or equivalent education and relevant experience.
– Ability to explore and recommend solutions based on partner needs.
– Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented, collaborative attitude.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, SaaS-based environment.
