Job Description/Overview:
Brightwheel is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team. This role involves creating and executing strategic field marketing plans, organizing events, and managing budgets to drive lead generation and support sales objectives. The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales team, analyze market trends, and constantly improve the effectiveness of marketing activities. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in field marketing, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives tailored to specific regions.
– Organize and manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence.
– Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and drive lead generation.
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting marketing strategies as needed.
– Manage field marketing budget to maximize ROI.
– Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for optimization.
Qualifications needed:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
– 6+ years of marketing experience, ideally in field marketing.
– Proven experience in planning and executing field marketing activities.
– Experience partnering with SMB sales teams.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
– Metrics-driven with the ability to draw insights from complex marketing data.
