Job Description/Overview:
Spotlight Ltd is seeking passionate Retail Sales Assistants to join their Hamilton store. You will assist customers, manage stock, and contribute to store promotions and displays in a dynamic and friendly retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with queries and product advice
– Support Team Leaders with stock management and planning
– Minimize stock losses and take timely action when required
– Contribute to in-store promotions and displays
– Perform heavy lifting as needed
Qualifications needed:
– Passion for customer service and sales
– Good interpersonal and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Attention to detail and time management skills
– Numerical abilities and accuracy
– Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
– Experience or interest in Spotlight products is advantageous
