Job Description/Overview:
Cintal Inc is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team in Chillicothe, IL. This role involves managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and addressing field issues related to Remote Control Wheel Loader products. The engineer will provide on-site support for dealers and collaborate with various teams to ensure project deliverables and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage NPI projects and field issues simultaneously
– Provide on-site support for dealers setting up remote control systems
– Interact daily with service engineers, software, hardware, systems, and validation teams
Qualifications needed:
– Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience required
– 2+ years of experience in field heavy equipment support
– 2+ years of experience with on-machine technology
Experience:
– Experience in heavy equipment electrical and CAN troubleshooting
– Knowledge of computer software and operating systems (Windows, Ubuntu, Command Line, Terminal)
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Onedrive, Sharepoint)
Skills:
– Technical skills in heavy equipment troubleshooting and on-machine technology
– Familiarity with network, IT, or A/V support is desirable
