Job Description/Overview:
The Painter/Wallcoverer will maintain the hotel guest product in optimal condition by performing preventative painting and wall covering maintenance for guest rooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform preventative painting and wall covering maintenance
– Conduct minor and major drywall repairs
– Repair luxury vinyl
– Support the Engineer On Duty as needed
Qualifications needed:
– Solid communication and organizational skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
– Strong interpersonal and team player skills
– Knowledge of HotSOS a plus
– Independent worker with a strong work ethic
Experience:
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Skills:
– Knowledge of minor and major drywall repair
– Proficiency in luxury vinyl repairs
– Strong communication and organizational abilities
