Job Description/Overview:
An exciting opportunity have been created for multiple Housekeeping superstar’s to join our team at Abstract Hotel, sitting proudly on Upper Queen Street in the heart of Auckland’s creative hub. This mixed-use 273 bed hotel is unlike any other, featuring a private bar exclusive for guests, a restaurant, a luxury spa, winter garden, co-working spaces and so much more. Immerse yourself in a new style of Hotel for Auckland
We are looking for individuals that are flexible and responsive with a positive and approachable manner. The work varies and is scheduled around the occupancy of the Hotel, therefore will include weekends and public holidays.
We have casual positions available, with work starting now.
Qualifications needed
- Carry out housekeeping duties to a high-quality standard with excellent level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Work well as an individual and be able to support your colleagues.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Be reliable, friendly, and professional.
- Determination to exceed customer expectation.
- Honesty and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Experience:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
