Digital Content Creator & Coordinator (m/f/n)
Department: Communication | Location: Merl | Personnel Request No. 19260
Key Responsibilities
- You create varied and engaging digital content (videos, photos, infographics, animations, podcasts, etc.) for our target audience.
- You manage the multi-channel distribution of content on social media, websites, and the intranet, ensuring it is published consistently and timely.
- You collaborate with the team to develop editorial calendars and content plans aligned with brand goals and strategy.
- You monitor market trends and evaluate content performance across different platforms to optimize content strategies and increase audience engagement.
- You support the team in internal and external projects and initiatives by providing additional administrative or logistical support and contributing to the overall objectives of the company.
Qualifications needed
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are proficient in Office 365, SharePoint, SAP, content and campaign management tools (WordPress, Typo3, Hootsuite), as well as graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite).
- You are meticulous, creative, and open-minded.
- You are passionate about communication and social media.
- Team spirit and collaboration are among your strengths.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Luxembourgish, French, German, and English.
