Job Description/Overview:
An international digital bank is seeking a senior leader to drive growth in Abu Dhabi and the wider Middle East region. As the face and voice of the bank, you will be responsible for winning new business, leading a team of Relationship Managers/Business Developers, and managing regulatory projects. You will also design and implement a robust business plan for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Represent the bank in Abu Dhabi and the Middle East
– Lead and motivate a team of Relationship Managers/Business Developers
– Engage new clients and leverage your own network
– Manage regulatory projects and liaise with authorities
– Develop and execute a business growth plan
Qualifications needed:
– Extensive experience as a Private Banker/Wealth Manager in the Middle East
– Proven track record in client engagement and working with regulators
– Strong leadership and motivational skills
Experience:
– Significant experience in private banking or wealth management
– Experience in managing regulatory processes and liaising with authorities
Skills:
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Ability to design and implement strategic business plans
– Strong network within the financial services industry
