Key Responsibilities
- Able to read blueprints to determine materials requirements and task sequences
- Measuring and marking out cutting and bending metal using tools
- Determining the required tools, materials, and welding methods
- Assembling, fabricating, installing, and repairing components and systems according to specifications
- Aligning parts to be joined using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Preparing working materials by clamping, cutting, or applying chemical solutions
- Grinding and finishing completed products.
- Comply with company guidelines and policies that apply to this position
Qualifications needed
- At least 3 years’ experience or Level 4 qualification
- Must have welding tickets
- Must have Class 1 driver’s license
- Must be physically fit
- Health & Safety Conscious
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
