Job Description/Overview:
E4 Recruitment is expanding its well-established teams and seeking Recruitment Consultants to join the Permanent, Temp Agency, or Contract desks. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building and maintaining client relationships, staying updated on market trends, providing career advice, and meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with the right roles
– Build and maintain client relationships
– Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to clients and candidates
– Provide career advice, including resume building and interview preparation
– Achieve set goals for placements, client acquisition, and revenue generation
Qualifications needed:
– Positive can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to learn and be successful
– Previous experience within Customer Service roles, preferably with phone experience
Experience:
– Open to all levels of experience, from Junior up to Experienced
– Temp, contract, or perm background all invited to express interest
– Ideally, candidates have Citizenship/PR or a pathway to PR
– Working holiday visa holders must have a degree or 2-3 years of prior recruitment experience
Skills:
– Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
