Job Description/Overview:
Canwise Immigration Solutions is looking to hire an Immigration Consulting assistant who would be assisting the Principal consultant with immigration/Admin related work. 25-30 hours/week.
Key Responsibilities
– Assisting the consultant in processing applications.
– Follow up with potential clients.
– Communication with client service to existing clients
– Working on all kinds of immigration applications including LMIA, PNPs, temporary and permanent residence applications.
– Maintaining Client files and receiving calls.
– Scheduling appointments.
Qualifications needed
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Experience:
– Prior experience in the same role is preferred.
Skills:
Typing Speed – Min. 40 W.P.M
Proficient in using Word, Excel and have prior experience in working on Customer Management Software.
