Job Description/Overview:

- CoolLogic Refrigeration Limited is a well-established nationwide refrigeration business which focuses on commercial and industrial refrigeration.
We are seeking a Graduate Refrigeration Engineer to develop their skills and experience and assist/support Engineers and Managers with the delivery of proposals and projects, including documentation, design, CAD, QA, compliance, pricing and planning.
Qualifications needed
- Interest in Industrial Refrigeration including detailed engineering design, cost estimation and project management and keen to learn the principals involved and the ability to implement them
- Small Project management and supervision skills.
- Resourcefulness, initiative and innovation
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both written and verbal and build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
- High level of computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word/Excel essential, Microsoft Project favourable
- Practical hands-on engineering experience and using 2D & 3D CAD for designing
- Excellent planning and organisational skills alongside great people skills
- Ability to make sound decisions, multitask and problem solve in a high pressure environment
To support this, you will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, sound industry and product knowledge, be safety focused at all times, possess a high degree of initiative, able to think clearly under pressure and most of all be a team player
