Job Description/Overview:

Based in Te Atatū, this great opportunity has opened at up Higher Ground, and we are looking for an Administrator extraordinaire to join our dedicated team of professionals

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To address incoming queries as the first point of contact via phone and email correspondence
  • Manages financial transactions and accounting information
  • Provides client support and guidance specifically around payments for residential treatment and any ongoing financial issues that may arise while in treatment
  • Liaison with relevant stakeholders
  • Process stage wages
  • Provide office and administration support by undertaking a variety of administrative tasks.

 

Qualifications needed

  • 3+ years working in an AP/AR role
  • Strong understanding of MS Suite and MYOB or equivalent
  • Experience processing payroll
  • Ability to demonstrate highly effective communication skills when interacting with clients, staff and whānau,
  • Disciplined work habits in a single worker environment
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of Te Tiriti O Waitangi and practical ways to implement it within your work.
  • Commitment to Te Ao Māori (me ona Tikanga)
