Job Description/Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks in the office, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with various clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
– Open and distribute mail and other materials
– Plan and organize daily operations
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Answer telephone calls and relay messages
– Respond to electronic inquiries
– Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
– Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
– Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
– Perform data entry
Qualifications needed:
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
