Job Description/Overview:
Create for Change is seeking a Social Media Producer to elevate young, multicultural changemakers through compelling storytelling and media projects. This role focuses on producing digital content and collaborating with teams to create impactful content that centers around social change.
Key Responsibilities:
– Produce engaging digital-first content, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting.
– Conduct research to support content creation.
– Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy and adherence to style guidelines.
– Fact-check information to ensure reliability and credibility.
– Collaborate with teams to develop content strategies and meet deadlines.
– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications needed:
– At least three years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or journalism.
– Excellent writing and communication skills.
– Strong copy editing and proofreading abilities.
– Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
