Job Details:
Responsibilities:
– Manage performance marketing relationships and channels
– Scale existing marketing channels and test new ones
– Oversee creative testing and CRO experiments
– Recruit and manage an in-house performance marketing team
– Collaborate with the growth engineering team and other internal stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications:
– 5+ years in performance marketing with experience in scaling campaigns
– Strong analytical skills for spend allocation and campaign optimization
– Experience with Google Ads, Meta, or similar channels
– Ability to work on high-converting landing pages and creative testing
– (Bonus) Experience building and managing high-performance teams
