Job Description/Overview:
One of our clients, a leading international business law firm, is looking for an Associate with experience in banking and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be in charge of advising clients on a variety of legal issues.
- You will manage and supervise Junior Associate.
- You will work closely with other departments and offices.
- We’re a full-service law firm offering first-rate service to our clients, and you’ll be contributing to our growth and goodwill.
Qualifications needed
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Banking and Finance, Regulatory and Securitization law in Luxembourg. Experience in (re)insurance laws and regulations will be considered as an asset.
- You are qualified in Luxembourg bar.
- You have minimum a Master 2 in Law.
- You have impeccable command of both oral and written English and French.
- You are solution-oriented, meticulous, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- You have excellent communication, teamwork skills.
