Key Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen team and train junior staff
- Excellent communication, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
- Work nights and weekends
- Food preparation and presentation
- Follow and maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications needed
- Minimum one year as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Strong initiative and teamwork skills
- Friendly and approachable
- Ability to multi-task and cope under pressure
- Paid fortnightly
- Full-time hours
- $26 – $31 an hour depending on experience
- Work close to home if you live in the North Shore
- Great working environments
- Immediate start for the right person
