Job Description/Overview:
As a Marketing Manager at Scancruit, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and attract top-tier clients and candidates. You will collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure that marketing initiatives align with our business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
– Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
– Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
– Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
– Create and oversee the production of marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, promotional materials, and high-quality marketing videos.
– Manage and optimize Scancruit’s online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
– Implement and manage sophisticated email marketing campaigns with a proven track record, using real setups beyond basic tools like Mailchimp.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and recruitment, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
– Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
– Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective spending.
– Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in recruitment marketing.
Qualifications needed
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
– Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry.
– Strong understanding and proven track record of successful campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google.
– Experience in the recruitment industry is a significant advantage.
Skills:

– Proficiency in video creation and editing, with the ability to produce high-quality marketing videos.
