Job Description:
The Associate – Digital Marketing is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the Marketing & Communications department. This role includes tasks such as digital marketing, social media management, web content creation, email campaigns, and project management. The successful candidate will help increase the overall awareness of the Foundation’s mission and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain website content and updates, including new page designs.
– Create, schedule, and monitor content for social media accounts and email campaigns.
– Collaborate on various campaigns, including Give for Good Louisville and other Foundation programs.
– Develop and distribute monthly newsletters and weekly email communications.
– Analyze and report on social media and email campaign performance.
– Assist with photography, videography, graphic design, and event support.
– Perform administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Experience with digital marketing strategies and related platforms (WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
– Ability to analyze problems and strategize solutions.
– Organized, with a track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
– Creative, motivated, and a committed team player.
– Professional in manner and appearance.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– 2+ years of digital marketing experience preferred.
– A portfolio demonstrating relevant work is required.
Physical Requirements:
– Ability to lift objects up to 15 pounds.
– Job requires 75% sitting/typing and 25% moving around.
– Must be able to maintain a physical presence in the Louisville headquarters regularly and consistently.
– Ability to operate a vehicle for work-related travel.
