Job Description:
The Account Manager at Bullseye Strategy is responsible for maintaining client success and account retention. This role involves managing 3 to 6 clients across various industries, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The Account Manager will work in a team environment, guiding clients and the agency with digital marketing expertise.
Responsibilities:
– Understand and manage client marketing campaigns daily.
– Communicate regularly with clients and maintain positive relationships.
– Plan and oversee project completion within schedule and budget.
– Ensure quality control of client deliverables and projects.
– Use digital marketing knowledge to guide strategic decisions.
– Project manage using agile and sprint methodologies.
– Attend client meetings, including drafting agendas, recaps, and action items.
Requirements:
– At least 4 years of experience in a digital media agency with account management responsibilities.
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
– Strong relationship-building and project management skills.
– Reside in the Central or Eastern time zone, preferably Florida or Texas.
– Experience with digital marketing and creative processes.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to manage tasks in a project management tool.
