Job Description/Overview:
Join Beyond the Dog as a Social Media Content Creator and Content Writer, where you’ll be responsible for creating engaging and SEO-optimized content across various platforms. You’ll develop content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement while working closely with the marketing team and trainers to produce high-quality visual and written content.
Key Responsibilities:
– Produce high-quality written content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
– Develop content that aligns with SEO best practices.
– Use Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress to create visually appealing content.
– Conceptualize, create, and produce high-quality visual and video content for social media platforms.
– Film and edit videos, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and message.
– Stay updated with trends on platforms like Instagram and TikTok to create relevant content.
– Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions.
– Track and analyze social media content performance using analytics tools.
– Refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications needed:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
– Proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, and SEO strategies.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and other relevant tools.
– Familiarity with social media marketing.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Must be local to one of the following locations: Austin, TX; Houston, TX; or Kansas City, MO.
Experience:
– 1+ year of experience in social media marketing and writing.
