We are helping this family find a wonderful full-time nanny to help with their 1 year old baby. Ideal Nanny Candidate will have: toddler experience, High Energy, Patient, Kind and Loving. Must be Covid-19, Flu & Tdap vaccinated. Fluent in English.
Job Description/Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, responsible, and experienced Nanny to care for our toddler. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, fostering the toddler’s development through engaging activities and routines. The Nanny will be responsible for all aspects of the toddler’s care, including feeding, hygiene, educational activities, and outings.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision: Constantly supervise the toddler to ensure their safety and well-being, both indoors and outdoors.
- Feeding: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring they meet the toddler’s dietary needs and preferences.
- Diapering and Toileting: Change diapers and assist with potty training, promoting good hygiene practices.
- Play and Development: Engage the toddler in age-appropriate play activities that promote physical, cognitive, and social development.
- Routine Establishment: Establish and maintain a consistent daily routine, including nap times, meal times, and play times.
- Education: Support early childhood education by reading books, teaching basic skills (e.g., counting, colors), and fostering a love of learning.
- Outings and Activities: Plan and accompany the toddler on outings, such as trips to the park, playdates, and other social activities.
- Health and Safety: Monitor the toddler’s health, administer any necessary medications, and ensure a safe environment by childproofing areas and being vigilant.
- Household Tasks: Perform light household tasks related to the toddler, such as cleaning up after meals, doing the toddler’s laundry, and organizing toys.
- Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with the parents about the toddler’s progress, activities, and any concerns or issues that arise.

Additional Housekeeping Duties Expected: Cook for children,Help with dishwasher, child laundry, keep things tidy, but no deep cleaning required, housekeeper comes every 2 weeks.
