Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience from initial consultation through to treatment completion.
- Act as the primary liaison between patients, dentists, and administrative staff.
- Educate and inform patients about dental procedures, treatment options, and oral health care.
- Assist patients in understanding and navigating their insurance/payment options.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups, optimising the practice’s calendar and ensuring effective time management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage sensitive patient information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure high-quality care and adherence to treatment plans.
- Facilitate a warm and welcoming environment, building rapport with patients and enhancing their overall experience.
Qualifications needed
- Prior experience in a dental office is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in office software and Exact dental software
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
