Job Description/Overview:
Working closely with the project team, you’ll be involved in multiple projects from set up, delivery through to close out and be capable of taking ownership of projects with the support of a Senior Quantity Surveyor if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare competitive design and build tenders
- Produce Schedules of Quantities
- Tender Analysis
- Subcontractor Procurement
- Monthly Financial Forecast
- Assess & manage variation & progress claims
- Final accounts
Qualifications needed
You will have a strong track record in commercial construction projects as a main contractor, have a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, exposure to the standards NZS3915, 3910, 3916 and outstanding communication skills.
