Job Description/Overview:
Opportunity for an experienced Learning Specialist/Business Partner to join a national team with a global brand. Come and join a highly collaborative team and establish yourself as a trusted partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong trust relationships with key stakeholders
- Input to strategy and strategy delivery
- Lead the delivery of national learning programs
- Budget management
- Event and conference management
- Supplier management
- Training needs analysis and some program design
- Adult learning facilitation
Qualifications needed
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of L&D design methodology
- Experienced in adult learning
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Commercially astute
- Collaborative
- Trusted partner stakeholder management
