Job Description/Overview:
At SmartStay, we’re redefining the hospitality landscape in Dubai and setting new benchmarks in short-term rental management. As part of a group of sister ventures led by the same visionary CEO, our portfolio includes a holiday home company, a paid community and course, AI-software, and several e-commerce ventures. Join us as a Digital Marketing Specialist and drive digital marketing efforts across our diverse companies.
Pay: – AED 5,000.00 – AED 7,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
– Create and optimize CRO landing pages using software like Systeme.io & Mailerlite.
– Develop converting email campaigns using software like Klaviyo & Systeme.io.
– Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, conduct A/B tests, and report results.
– Run social media ads, conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns.
– Use tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics to optimize the CRO of all pages.
– Conduct keyword research, write, monitor, and optimize SEO content.
Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of experience in managing digital marketing efforts, ideally within a start-up or scale-up environment.
– Proven experience in setting up digital marketing systems focusing on CRO, SEO, SMM, and email marketing.
– Proficiency in Google Ads, social media ads, and analytics tools.
– Strong writing skills for content creation and email marketing.
– Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Experience with Klaviyo, Systeme.io, Mailerlite, Shopify, Hotjar, and Google Analytics is advantageous.
– Google Ads certification and experience with SEO tools are a plus.
